Undyed Organic Low Rise Panties

While many companies are now using organic cotton for undergarments, most still heavily rely on petroleum products for synthetic dyes, thread and elastic. We hate itchy seams and things bad for the environment, so we set out to make the first 100% natural underwear.

After a year of researching and designing, we created underwear having a modern silhouette without the dependence on synthetic fabrics or trims. Made with 100% organic cotton fabric and trim and natural rubber elastic, our underwear is available in undyed white, and undyed colorgrown organic cotton (yes, cotton grows in color!).

These briefs are completely undyed, all natural and organic.

Conventional clothing is grown with harmful pesticides and dyed with toxic petroleum-based dyes, including dyes known to cause cancer. Even white conventional clothing is topped off with all kinds of chemical whiteners, brighteners and fabric softeners.

These panties are just pure, clean organic cotton without bleaching or post-treatments.

The colored cotton was grown by family farmers and manufactured into fabric as part of a Social Project where the human rights of all people in the supply chain are respected. Everyone in the supply chain works in a safe environment and receives fair pay.

The white fabric and sewing thread used in this piece is GOTS certified, which in additional to its strict environmental standards, also certifies that every company involved in production provides fair wages and safe working conditions.

This elastic is from a company that practices fair trade throughout its supply chain.

The panties were manufactured in Los Angeles by a small company that likewise provides its workers safe working conditions and fair wages.

The fabric used in the green and striped briefs are 100% organic cotton grown using agro-regenerative practices. These practices naturally enrich the soil and translate into a positive impact on the environment.

The white fabric and sewing thread are 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. GOTS is the highest standard in organic. Every single step in the creation of the thread and fabric, from the growing of the fiber, to final manufacture, is independently certified to be organic.

The elastic at the band is 65% certified organic cotton and 35% natural rubber and the strap elastic is 60% certified organic cotton and 40% natural rubber.

In addition, these briefs are undyed, unbleached, and free of chemically treatments. No synthetic chemicals and dyes equals no runoff and no additional water used.

Machine wash on gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Tumble dry low. To make natural colored cotton bolder, wash in hot, alkaline water or use soap nuts instead of detergent.
